Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after they are placed, unless otherwise noted on our website or in your confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.
Once a package is with the carrier, we are unable to modify delivery details.
Nikolaevna Skin is not responsible for delivery delays or errors caused by the carrier, carrier overload, or natural occurrences.
Currently, we are not offering international shipping.
